Lanco Technical Solutions & Construction Corporation is a 100% Filipino owned company that is focused in the distribution, sales and application of innovative construction and industrial products to major contractors, sub-contractors and manufacturers nationwide.

 

The company started in 1997 as Lanco Trading which is focused in sales and distribution of industrial products such as adhesives and sealants. In 2001 additional products for the construction market such as waterproofing materials and finishing materials were added to meet the demands of the construction industry. It was later incorporated in January 18, 2013 as additional innovative products and services are then offered.

Today, Lanco Technical Solutions and Construction Corporation offers a wide range of products such as sealants, adhesives, epoxies, paints, floor coating materials, cleaners, putties, smart boards, repair mortars, plastering mortars, water proofing materials, high pressure laminates (HPL), roofing materials and services like floor coating applications, water proofing applications, tiles setting, roof installation and general construction to meet the growing demands of both the construction and industrial market in the Philippines.
